Clara, 95, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 in Sun City, AZ. Born in Cudahy, WI, Clara enjoyed her life on the southside of Milwaukee.
She was a member of St. Hyacinth Church in Milwaukee for 40 years and St. Clement of Rome in Sun City, AZ for 30 years.
She began her work life at Louis Allis and went on to work at Wood Veterans Administration Milwaukee as an Accountant for 25 years. Volunteering at church was a major part of her life. She opened her heart and her home to so many in need.
She leaves behind her Beloved husband, Chester Sczesny, of 74 years; son, Timothy (Bonnie); daughter, Terry Mackay (Kerry); grandchildren: Kevin, Shawn, Joshua; along with great-grandchildren: McKenna, Amos, Maeve; and countless friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Frances & Harry Orlinski; brothers, Norman (Lillian), Bill (Josephine), Zygmund (Jean), Harry (Maxine); sisters, Helen Simpson, Ann Wollenhaup, Martha (Carl) Tolson.
Her smiles and the love she shared will be missed by the thousands she touched, from Wisconsin to Arizona and travel spots between. Her life was a gift filled with strong faith and a positive drive to share all her blessings. Rest comfortably Clara for we plan to follow in your footsteps.
A mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Clement of Rome at 15800 Del Webb Blvd. in Sun City, Arizona on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. Celebration to follow. Condolences may be shared at www.menkefuneralhome.com
