Sun City church donates to local food bank

Willowbrook United Methodist Church, 19390 N. 99th Ave., Sun City members helped Valley View Community Food Bank, 10771 W. Peoria Ave., Sun City get food out as soon as possible by volunteering at the facility. Jesse Ramirez, Valley View founder and director, was at the church Nov. 20 to gather all frozen turkeys for so many families, seniors, single men and women so they could have a Thanksgiving dinner with all that they needed.
