Betty Christensen, Sun City resident since 1995, passed away May 11at her care home in Peoria. She was 92. She was an executive secretary at South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD for 30 years and finished her career as an executive secretary at Schwan’s in Marshall, MN in 1994. After retiring in 1995 she moved to Sun City and enjoyed her life here for 20 years. She was a member of Belleview Heights Church in Sun City. She is survived by her son, Michael and his wife, Lynette, of Prescott Valley, AZ. Her memorial service will be Monday, May 24 at 10:00 at Belleview Heights Church, Sun City.
