A new state-of-the-art modern medical and professional office condominium development on West Mountain View Boulevard is complete and ready for sales and leases.
Auviana is a six-building complex at 14725-14765 W. Mountain View Blvd.
“Auviana is a perfect case study that demonstrates the pent-up demand for medical office space in the West Valley,” said Philip Wurth with Colliers International in Arizona in a news release. “We have experienced unprecedented tenant and buyer interest in this new development.”
The property will open with two significant occupants.
Regency Specialties, a leading dermatology and plastic surgery practice, will occupy the 19,000-square-foot suite 100 at 14725 W. Mountain View Blvd. Modern Vascular has purchased suite 600, a 6,519-square-foot space at 14733 W. Mountain View Blvd.
Auviana was developed by Regency Specialties CEO Jason Mussman. Philip Wurth, Alexandra Loye, Bonnie Halley and Melissa Marks of Colliers International in Arizona serve as exclusive listing agents for the project.
“Auviana Medical Complex was created to reach a new pinnacle of aesthetic for medical construction in the West Valley,” Mr. Mussman said in a news release. “We wanted to create a product that outwardly projects the excellent care we strive to deliver to our patients.
Auviana offers approximately 52,000 square feet of medical/office space in single-level condominium buildings that provide direct visitor access to suites and convenient parking. Suites range in size from 2,015 to 6,527 square feet. Tenants and buyers benefit from a double-sided, LED monument sign providing high visibility for businesses with capability to change images and messages.
“The project is named after my daughter to commemorate her triumph over brain cancer,” Mr. Mussman said. “I am particularly proud of the sculpture installations in the fountain of Auviana and her sister Ayla for everyone to enjoy.”
