Apache Junction Water District board meets Tuesday

State land and an agreement between the city and two utility providers will be discussed Tuesday by the Apache Junction Water Utilities Community Facilities District board.
The intergovernmental agreement will include the municipality; the Apache Junction Water District; and Superstition Mountains Community Facilities District No. 1, the sewer district.
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. Feb. 16 in the City Council Chambers, 300 E. Superstition Blvd.
The board, comprised of City Council members, is to also consider a resolution declaring portions of the public utility easements at 2024 S. Cortez Road are no longer necessary for public use as and are extinguished.
