What ever happened to good old-fashioned, tried and true, one-on-one customer service?

When there are so many opportunities and some fantastic choices out there, why would anyone settle for less than extraordinary one-on-one customer service?

Whether you’re doing business on big or small ticket items, whether it’s a house, a car, or a just a new ball point pen; do business with people and firms who treat you special.

Physician, poet and author Oliver Wendall Holmes, Sr. (1809-1894) said “It is the province of knowledge to speak, and it is the privilege of wisdom to listen.”

Look for the listeners. Take the time to find them in this crowded and impersonal world.

They’re the wisdom keepers who bring value to our lives.

As I have often said, “There’s always a reason why you meet people. Either you need them to change your life or you’re the one who will change theirs.”
