Scottsdale Society of Women Writers welcomes author Cullison

The Scottsdale Society of Women Writers, which gives members access to events, ideas and networking opportunity with other women writers and authors, will host Paula Cullison who is a travel writer, multi-genre author, and photographer.
Ms. Cullison’s new book, “Paula: A Girl from Brooklyn,” is set to inspire others to write and share their respective stories, according to a press release.
The Phoenix resident since 1974, who is the daughter of immigrants from Italy, is the guest speaker for the 6 p.m., Wednesday, April 28 Zoom meeting, where she will share the value of hard work and determination through her “multi-faceted life.”
The book, which includes photographs, is available for free on her website at https://www.paulacullison.com/books, where her other books, published travel articles, and international travel photography can also be found. She takes questions and comments via email at paulacullison@aol.com, the release said.
Ms. Cullison’ s background entails over 25 years of experience in various positions leading to proficiency in management, marketing, public and community relations, strategic planning, fundraising, program development and implementation, advocacy, and volunteer coordination. Her bachelor’s degree is in psychology.
Founder and president of the Arizona Women’s Partnership, an all-volunteer philanthropic nonprofit, she has been recognized for her women’s rights and social justice advocacy.
