Diversified Partners recently held a well-attended commercial real estate industry mixer at the Fat Ox in Scottsdale.

The event attracted people from numerous organizations, including Wells Fargo, Avison Young, Orion, NAI Horizon, De Rito Partners, Commonwealth Title, Western Retail Advisors and many more, according to a press release.

The room was buzzing with conversations about deals --- current and upcoming --- and based on the jovial mood of the crowd, things are in full swing in the Phoenix/Arizona market.

Diversified Partners Founder Walt Brown gave away several door prizes, including a substantial diamond necklace which was won by Mike McWilliams of De Rito Partners.

It was standing-room only for most of the event, the press release stated.
Commonwealth Title was the major sponsor of the event.
