Scottsdale police are still searching for Robert Fisher

The Scottsdale Police Department want the public to know the search continues for a man recently removed from the FBI Top 10 Most Wanted List for allegedly killing his wife and children.

The department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, according to a police press release, are still investigating Robert Fisher for allegedly killing his wife and two young children and then blowing the Scottsdale house up where they all lived in April of 2001.

Removing him from the FBI Top 10 Most Wanted List does not change the status of the investigation with either agency.

“While Fisher is being removed from the FBI’s TMWFL, the active investigation will continue in order to bring closure to Mary and Robert’s families,” the FBI stated in its Nov. 3 news release.

Meanwhile, the Scottsdale Police Department and FBI still accept all tips regarding this investigation and the location of Fisher, the release added.

Scottsdale Police can be reached at the non-emergency number at 480-312-5000.
