Scottsdale Lodge No. 43 offers use of lodge building to help city, state fight COVID-19

Scottsdale Lodge No. 43 Free & Accepted Masons has offered the use of their lodge building to the City of Scottsdale and the state of Arizona as a testing and triage facility that medical communities can use during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Lodge is a fraternal citizen and neighbor with over 400 members, according to a press release.

“It is time for all of us to unite in common purpose to combat this global health crisis,” said Bradley A. Manhoff, master of the lodge, in a prepared statement.

“Freemasons have provided leadership and resources since the very beginning of this great nation, and Scottsdale Lodge No. 43 stands ready to do whatever we can, just as our forefathers have done.”

The organization’s members believe available resources may become scarce in the months ahead. Members believe it is important to make their facility available for the benefit of the public, the press release stated.

They are also searching for other ways that Scottsdale Freemasons can assist the city, state, and the world during this pandemic, so everyone can once again move forward without restriction, in confidence of our ability to unite and win this great battle.

Scottsdale Lodge No. 43 was established in 1951. The lodge has a large membership that is active in the local community, providing many involvement opportunities for members and visitors.
