Scottsdale Artists’ School

Scottsdale Artists’ School’s Executive Director Trudy Hays issued the following statement via email:

“The health and safety of our students, instructors, staff and community are always our highest priority. For that reason and out of concern and caution over COVID-19 the Scottsdale Artists’ School’s Board of Directors has elected to take the following measures: SAS will be closing its doors to the public beginning this Sunday, March 22, 2020.

"All SAS classes, workshops and open studios are being canceled. At this time, SAS will remain closed through April 19, 2020. Things are changing and evolving rapidly, so we will continue to closely monitor the situation and make changes as necessary.
We believe it is more important than ever to provide you peace of mind so please know we are working as quickly as possible to answer all your calls and emails. We encourage you to check our website regularly for updates. We will also be updating via our social media outlets.

"Through Friday, you may continue to call the school at 480-990-1422 if you have any questions. As you might imagine, we are taking a large volume of inquiries each day and may need a little extra time to get back to you.

"During the closure, if you have immediate concerns you may email DSpahle@scottsdaleartschool.org or Sfallon@scottsdaleartschool.org. Thank you for supporting our precautionary measures to help with the safety of all involved. Please stay well and we look forward to resuming a regular schedule.”
