Rose Law promotes Gurudanti to chair corporate transactions department

The “largest woman-led law firm in Arizona’s history,” Rose Law Group, recently announced Shruti Gurudanti as the chair of the corporate transactions department.
Ms. Gurudanti has a bachelor’s degree from the National Law Institute University located in Bhopal, India, and law degree from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law. She is Licensed to practice law in India and Arizona, according to a press release.
In India, she worked at Khaitan & Co., one of India’s “largest and most prestigious law firms,” the release said of the entrepreneur who founded televëda with her husband in 2018. Televëda is a health-tech company that aims to bring seniors together through live and interactive courses from their website.
“I am beyond honored to have been chosen as the firm’s Chair of Corporate Transactions,” said Ms. Gurudanti.
“I owe much to the incredible hard work and dedication that Jordan Rose and the rest of our team who have made Rose Law Group a pre-eminent law firm. I am excited and looking forward to maintaining and growing our remarkable culture of collegiality and entrepreneurship, and in leading the law firm to the next level of growth and client service."
She brings years of experience to her new role at Rose Law Group, which stems from her dedication to the firm and its clients, noted the release.
Over the years, she has represented and advised numerous international clients on multi-million-dollar complex investments worldwide, including India, Caribbean, and across North America.
Her experience as an entrepreneur of a start-up helps her develop successful strategies to creatively assist clients to achieve solutions for business needs, the release added.
