Riot Hospitality Group announces Dustin Cooke as their new culinary director.

Cooke now oversees culinary management and menu creation for Riot’s award-winning concepts including Farm & Craft, Hand Cut Burgers + Chophouse, Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, El Hefe and Riot House.

Over the past two decades, Cooke has gained his culinary experience by working in restaurants in San Diego, Phoenix and Scottsdale as an executive chef, sous chef and culinary director.

His vision as a chef focuses on incorporating local and sustainable elements while staying playful with his creations, according to a press release. His “out of the box” creative twists have even led to him becoming a highly decorated taco festival winner.

Cooke’s position with Riot Hospitality Group has allowed him to create food that excites guests. He recently rolled out new menu items at Hand Cut and Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in Gilbert, as well as elevated the existing menu at Farm & Craft.

Riot Hospitality Group is a national hospitality management company headquartered in Scottsdale. The company is known for managing and co-creating unique concept brands, the press release stated.

It currently oversees 11 venues in Arizona, Tennessee, and Illinois, and in 2021, RHG will be adding a 12th location in Colorado.

With a passion for evolving the typical restaurant and entertainment landscape, RHG is committed to creating unique and meaningful experiences for every guest.

The company is comprised of people who believe in leading by example, and their passion is fueled by a dedication to customer engagement, philanthropic ties in the community, and a strong commitment to true hospitality.
