Platinum Living Realty is BBB Torch Awards for Ethics finalist

Posted

Platinum Living Realty was recently recognized for its integrity and high ethical practices by the Better Business Bureau serving the pacific southwest.

The BBB selected the Scottsdale-based brokerage as a 2019 Torch Awards for Ethics finalist, which recognizes Arizona companies that display an “outstanding level of ethics and integrity, including a high level of trust among employees, customers, and communities,” according to a press release.

Platinum Living Realty was one of three finalists in Category 1: Employees 1 – 10 for the 2019 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics and was recognized with 13 other finalists across five awards categories, the release said.

The Torch Awards for Ethics ceremony and dinner, held  Oct. 30 at the Arizona Biltmore hotel in Phoenix, honored the first realty brokerage to be named a finalist in the award’s 17-year history, Platinum Living Realty.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Jay and Michelle Macklin under another name in 2010, the release noted that the couple started with 10 real estate agents, but now has more than 140 agents in four offices including three in Scottsdale and a new office in Casa Grande.

“We have worked very hard to build a real estate company based on integrity and putting others first,” said Ms. Macklin, Platinum Living Realty co-owner, in a prepared statement.

“It is an honor to be named a finalist for this prestigious award, and it validates all our effort to be the best in our industry.”

“From real estate to air conditioning companies, this year’s finalists demonstrate that no matter what industry, ethics plays a vital role in a company’s success,” said Shelley Bradley, director for signature events for BBB serving Pacific Southwest, in a press release.
