Parker Madison Brand Studio welcomes 2021 with new partner, brand
Posted
The year is off to an ambitious start for Scottsdale’s Parker Madison Brand Studio, officials there say.
The 25-year-old design firm rang in the year by adding Steve Evans as a new partner and debuting a fresh new brand.
Mr. Evans, principal strategist and owner of consultancy FastVertical, joined Parker Madison as partner, effective Jan. 1, according to a press release.
He and Parker Madison founder Mark Godfrey will lead a team of design creatives to help businesses shape brand perceptions.
Mr. Evans holds a degree in industrial design from Rochester Institute of Technology and has spent the last 20 years assisting emerging companies with their communication strategy, creative execution, and business development.
His partnership with Parker Madison comes after a 10-year working relationship of consulting on numerous projects, the press release stated.
“I am extremely thrilled to join the Parker Madison team officially,” said Mr. Evans.
“Steve and I have enjoyed a great working relationship for many years, and we share a vision for growing the firm,” said Mr. Godfrey. “We each bring a unique skill set to the business, and I am excited to see what we create together.”
After embarking on a philanthropic program to celebrate a quarter-century of business success, the brand studio was inspired to reimagine their identity to better reflect their purpose and culture.
“Even branding firms need to keep their brand relevant,” said Mr. Evans. “We wanted our visual and verbal messaging to reflect better the culture of our organization.”
The new brand is reflected in the firm’s unique toolset used in the branding process, its materials, and the new studio environment.
“It’s refreshing to see where the process takes you,” said Mr. Godfrey. “We believe our new brand positions us for growth, especially in our areas of expertise for emerging businesses and non-profits.”
