Posted

Tracy Duncan, an agent affiliated with the North Scottsdale office of Coldwell Banker Realty, was the only Arizona real estate agent of the 16 agents chosen nationally to join the Women's Council of Realtors Leadership Institute Class of 2022.

“Many wonderful and talented women across the nation apply to be part of the Leadership Institute, so I am truly honored to have been selected for the class of 2022,” Duncan stated in the release.

The Leadership Institute aims to develop leaders who have demonstrated leadership potential through their local and state networks while simultaneously creating a network of industry experts across the country who are actively involved in improving the Women's Council of Realtors.

Only applicants that have served as leaders on the local network level and or have had some experience at the state or national level of the Women’s Council were considered.  A major 10-month commitment, the Leadership Institute is limited to 15 to 20 participants each year.

A resident of Litchfield Park, Duncan proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout metropolitan Phoenix. Her business is fueled by referrals from clients and affiliations with professional Realtor networks throughout the country.

She is a certified negotiations expert and holds designations with the Graduate Realtor Institute, seller representative specialist and Professional Management Network.

Duncan earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and prior to real estate, held positions in sales, marketing and human resources.
