Posted

The Maricopa County Home & Garden Show, the largest home show in the Southwest, returns to WestWorld of Scottsdale Friday, Oct. 14, through Sunday, Oct. 16, featuring hundreds of home improvement vendors, tiny homes, holiday lighting, unique copper skillets and kitchen accessories, and seminars by local professionals.

According to a press release, guests can wander through the “Tiny Homes Street of Dreams” to get an exclusive tour inside a wooden yurt, a shipping container converted into a bar, a ModHous dome and more. The release invited guests to come out and be inspired by local businesses and companies all in one location for three days.

“The Street of Dreams Home Show is your one-stop shop,” Katie Jones, show manager, stated in the release. “Whether you’re looking to down-size, update your floors, revamp your backyard into a fun oasis with a stainless steel spa or a floating chipping green, or prepare for the holidays, there is something for everyone.”

The Maricopa County Home & Garden Show is complete with hundreds of home improvement, design and landscaping products and services offered at exclusive show pricing.

Show attractions that are free with admission include exploring tiny homes and their living spaces on the Street of Dreams and a “glamping” dome, the release detailed. Also included are crafting activities like creating a Halloween-themed candle, a macrame cactus keychain, holiday ornament or even your very own terrarium.

Outside of those attractions and crafts, the show will also offer free DIY demonstrations and educational seminars on things like kitchen remodeling trends and how to properly clean and prep your cabinets before painting them.

Visitors can also take part in a free landscape consultation and take-home design from landscaping professionals, a value of $350, according to the release.

The show will take place Friday, Oct. 14 - Sunday, Oct. 16, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

General admission is $8 daily for adults, kids ages 3-12 are $1. Children 2 and younger are free. There is specialty admission pricing for Senior Morning on Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. where guests 60 and older pay $4.

There is also a customer appreciation ticket priced for $2 admission on Friday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Those with valid military identification may purchase $4 tickets on all three days.
