Liz Agboola joins Dignity Health St. Joseph’s community board

Posted

The Dignity Health Board of Directors have appointed Scottsdale resident Liz Agboola to the community board for Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Westgate Medical Center.

Ms. Agboola is the president and CEO of Senior Placement Services, an assistance program that provides housing resources for vulnerable veterans and homeless individuals who are unable to live independently due to medical or mental health conditions; and the CEO of Moses Behavioral Care, a group of community-based mental health facilities offering 24-hour, long-term care for the serious mental illness population.

She has spearheaded many community efforts ensuring suitable housing is available for the disenfranchised, and brings a strong business and health care background paired with a servant’s heart to St. Joseph’s Community Board, according to a press release.

Additionally, Ms. Agboola has been involved with numerous community organizations, including the Phoenix Heart Ball Committee and is a board member at Valleywise Health Foundation, formerly known as Maricopa Health Foundation.

“It is an honor to be joining Dignity Health’s Community Board,” said Ms. Agboola. “My mission is to serve the under-served and I am looking forward to doing so with such a distinguished group.”

As a board member, Ms. Agboola will support Dignity Health’s mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality and human kindness to the communities it serves.
