Scottsdale’s Taste of Italy and Music Festival, a two-day event celebrating Italian culture with food and live music performances, will bring Italian culture, food, and entertainment to the Valley.

Hosted by the Italian Association of Arizona, a local 501c(3), this two-day celebration will take place on the Scottsdale Canal and feature everything from live music and unique, hand-crafted Italian items to wine tastings, authentic Italian cuisine, pizza ovens & Italian food trucks, a press release explained.

Exciting entertainers will perform including Michéal Castaldo, hailed as the next Andrea Bocelli and revolutionary accordion player, Cory Pesaturo. Attendees can enjoy traditional dances, opera singers, live performances on two stages all day long and a spaghetti eating contest for kids.

For sweet tooths, a variety of authentic gelato, Italy’s favorite dessert, cannoli, and biscotti, are all available to indulge in.

Scottsdale’s Taste of Italy and Music Festival will offer attractions like a light-up dance floor and artisanal Italian items.

The festival is set to take place on Saturday, Oct. 15 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 16 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Scottsdale Canal (Scottsdale’s Southbridge Bridge to Solstice Park). Tickets are available for $10 pre-sale and day of $20. Children under 12 are free to attend.
