Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced the sale of a mountainside estate in north Scottsdale’s Estancia area.

Agents Jay Pennypacker, Debbie Negrin and Will Foote were the buyers’ agents in the $7.5 million sale of the luxury home at 27376 N. 98th Place, according to a press release.

The sale of the property closed four days after it became available. The home features city views as well as views of Pinnacle Peak, Flatiron Mountain and the Estancia golf course.

“This Estancia home sold quickly thanks to the property’s dramatic modern architecture, stunning views and luxury amenities along with its premier Scottsdale location,” Mr. Pennypacker said in a prepared statement.

The home was built in 2019 and totals 6,306 square feet. It has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and features a pool and spa, a release states.

The pool and spa wrap around the patio and house with the pool designed up the windows. The home features disappearing electric glass sliding doors that open to the patio. Skylights are throughout the home.

There are no steps in the house which also has interior and exterior retractable sunshades as well as blackout shades in all the bedrooms. There are also heated radiant floors in the master bath, an exercise room and climate-controlled wine storage.
