Did you know: Orders of Protection can be filed digitally

Did you know, you can now file for a protective order from anywhere with a computer or tablet?
AZPOINT is the new portal being used to request an Order of Protection or an Injunction Against Harassment for persons residing within Arizona. Through this online guided system, you can enter all the information you will need to file for an Order of Protection or an Injunction Against Harassment.
This information will be saved in the portal for up to 90 days. The request for an Order of Protection or Injunction Against Harassment cannot be granted online.
When you are ready to file your petition, bring your system generated case number to any justice of the peace, city or superior court in Arizona. Present your number to the court clerks and they will arrange for you to go before a judge.
A granted Order of Protection will be sent directly to law enforcement agency for service. Petitioners who are granted Injunctions Against Harassment will be given copies to arrange for service.
