Thirsty Lion Gastropub and Grill seeks to hire 120 employees for new Chandler location

Thirsty Lion Gastropub and Grill continues to expand its footprint in the Valley and is looking to hire 120 employees for its new Chandler location.
The gastropub is looking to fill a variety of jobs including: servers, hosts, bartenders and all front and back of the house positions now through February. The restaurant, opening in February, will be at 3077 W. Frye Road in the Chandler Viridian. This will be the fifth Arizona location for Thirsty Lion, according to a release.

Employees at Thirsty Lion have access to a variety of benefits including health insurance, 401K and a meal discount program. The company offers employees career advancements and incorporates mentorship and education at all job levels.
Employees also have access to a job pool that includes locations in Oregon, Colorado and Texas, the release states.
The 7,633 square-foot Desert Ridge location will have a spacious dining room, plus a large outdoor bar with a fire pit and seating for large parties.
Thirsty Lion serves a signature menu with an emphasis on local ingredients and bold flavors. The “seasonal fresh sheets” focus on incorporating unique ingredients based on the time of year, including fresh seafood, quality meats and local produce. The bar includes a large selection of craft beers on tap, many of which are local to the Valley, the release states.
