As a reminder, sparklers and novelty fireworks are only allowed for use within the Town of Queen Creek from Dec. 24 to Jan. 3.

Sparklers, novelty fireworks only allowed Dec. 24-Jan. 3 in Town of Queen Creek

As a reminder, sparklers and novelty fireworks are only allowed for use within the Town of Queen Creek from Dec. 24 to Jan. 3.

They are only allowed on private property, and individuals who use, discharge or ignite permissible consumer fireworks are responsible and liable for expenses as a result of any emergency response that is required by such use, discharge or ignition, according to a release.

All aerial fireworks are illegal, the release states.
