Resolve to make a difference in 2020 by donating blood

Start off the new year by giving the best gift ever --- the gift of life through a blood donation.

Donate blood at the Town of Queen Creek’s blood drive on Give Blood - Best Gift EverTuesday, Jan. 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., according to a release.

The Vitalant bloodmobile will be at Queen Creek’s Historic Town Hall, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road.

Appointments are required and can be made online at BloodHero.com using QueenCreek as the sponsor code. Donors can also complete the Health History Questionnaire online prior to their appointment.

Donors will receive a voucher for a complimentary one-day general admission ticket to the 2020 Waste Management Phoenix Open, courtesy of The Thunderbirds. The voucher is not a valid ticket to the tournament. To receive a ticket, redeem it online using the web address and keycode on the voucher by 10 p.m. Friday, Jan. 17. Tickets will be mailed on a first-come/first-served basis. Vouchers/tickets are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed/sold for cash. One voucher/ticket per donation
