The Town of Queen Creek will join municipalities across the state of Arizona and take part in the League of Arizona Cities and Towns’ 19th annual Cities and Towns Week Oct. 18-24.
The town’s Facebook page will feature services, programs and employees throughout the week that work to improve the quality of life in Queen Creek, according to a release.
“It has been a unique year and the town has continued to operate to ensure we are providing programs and services to our community,” Queen Creek Mayor Gail Barney said in the release. “We are fortunate to have dedicated, caring, determined, compassionate and resilient professionals working for the Town of Queen Creek. This week highlights how our employees are working to keep Queen Creek a fantastic place to live, visit and do business.”
Cities and Towns Week informs the community about the services and programs provided and introduces the employees that deliver them.
“It is important for our residents and businesses to know the dedicated and professional employees working each day to make Queen Creek a great place to live, visit and do business,” Mayor Barney said. “This week is an important opportunity to share with the community the various functions of our Town.”
