Pinal County Board of Supervisors closed-door executive session Sept. 30 includes COVID-19 topic

Legal advice regarding COVID-19-related federal, state or county programs and Pinal County’s ability and options for slowing and controlling the spread of COVID-19 is a topic of the Sept. 30 closed-door executive session of the Pinal County Board of Supervisors.

The executive session is part of a meeting that starts at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Pinal County Administrative Complex’s Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 135 N. Pinal St. in Florence.

Other items on the executive-session agenda include:

  • Legal advice concerning possible revisions to Board of Supervisors general board meeting rules concerning reconsideration of agenda items.
  • Personnel matters and legal advice concerning the clerk of the board’s evaluation.
  • Personnel matter related to the county manager’s performance evaluation and legal advice on the county manager’s contract and/or revisions to the same.
