Organic materials in Queen Creek Olive Mill’s Olivespa skincare line

Consumers are more interested in and educated about what they are putting on their skin than ever before, and the industry --- along with Queen Creek Olive Mill --- is taking note that olive oil is poised to be the next big skincare trend, according to a release.

According to a recent report by Technavio, the global olive oil market size is poised to grow by 485.64 thousand tons during 2019-23.

For body and home, Olivespa, Queen Creek Olive Mill’s skincare line, has an array of essential products to align with this emerging trend to help consumers skin aglow in 2020, the release states.

Three olive oil emerging trends for a beauty boot-up, according to the release, are:

  • Emerging Vegan: There’s been a steady increase in the “plants-first perspective,” creating a demand for vegan cosmetics. Olivespa uses natural ingredients including pure flower, shea butter, coconut oil and 100% pure essential oils.
  • Less is More: Beauty products are proving to become more desirable with “less ingredients” as consumers are becoming more knowledgeable about what they put in and on their body. Olivespa products are transparent, cruelty-free and will never contain a long list of fillers such as parabens, phthalates, sulphates, formaldehyde, alcohol, mineral oil or other chemical additives—making them ideal for anyone with allergies or sensitive skin.
  • Quality Brings Quantity: Quality products are essential for a product to flourish. Queen Creek Olive Mill uses the highest quality of olive oil in all Olivespa’s products to bring out the natural shine in the body.

As Arizona’s olive oil producer, everything is locally grown and made in-house at The Mill, 25062 S. Meridian Road in Queen Creek, for quality control, the release states.

“We curate our products to ensure fresh, clean and healthy skin,” Brenda Rea, creator of Olivespa, said in the release. “From lip and foot balms, to bath, body and beard oils, and even doggie shampoo, we’re always looking to enhance our all-natural Olivespa line.”
