Have you been thinking about what career path to take? Have you recently lost your job due to the COVID-19 pandemic? Is college not an option for you?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then there is a career waiting for you today.
Efficient Roofing has been in business for 10 years and is always growing and seeking new dedicated candidates. We need motivated people to help us achieve our goal, and it can start with you.
A typical work day for a roofer will start very early in the morning, as we like to get the work done before the Arizona heat gets too warm.
All roofers meet at our yard to discuss what they are doing for the day with our project manager. Depending on the job, they collect all materials and safety equipment needed and head to the job site.
We make sure we have great customer service with all of our homeowners and business owners until the job is finished.
Every day is different in the roofing industry --- a roofer’s day can consist of repairs, maintenance or re-roofing an entire roof.
Here are some reasons to consider roofing as your career:
No college degree required
Lifelong career choice
Growing potential within the company
Be part of an awesome team
Competitive wages
Requirements are:
High school diploma or equivalent
Driver’s license
No criminal history
