Heritage square PADS sell for $1.9 million in Queen Creek to build veterinary hospital

Some of the most intriguing commercial real estate deals are the ones that are seamlessly processed and closed within a short time, this is one of those deals.

The Queen Creek community will have something to look forward to once the new veterinary hospital has been constructed. Two parcels of land at Heritage Square were recently purchased for a little over $1.9 million near Ellsworth & Rittenhouse Roads.

The sellers, Wadsworth Development out of Salt Lake City, sold to the National Veterinary Association. The new owners will begin constructing a new veterinary hospital for the local Queen Creek community

Director of Retail Leasing & Investment Sales, Rommie Mojahed and Eddie Gonzalez represented the seller in the transaction.

“It was a pleasure working side by side with Wadsworth Development and NVA to help create a retail use that will truly help the community,” said Mr. Mojahed.

The property will be developed into a two-story hospital sitting on 3.29 acres, totaling 143,196 square feet. It is in the same retail plaza that includes restaurants, retail and a 25,000 square foot anchored Goodwill.

“All the other PADS are in escrow so Heritage Square will be a great retail center once everything has been fully constructed.  This also leads to more jobs in the area as well,” Mr. Mojahed stated.
