Construction easement sought in Queen Creek for Germann Road project

Pinal County Board of Supervisors meets Sept. 9

A temporary construction easement and agreement between Zimmerman Land LLC and Pinal County is to be considered at the Sept. 9 meeting of the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. It is for a portion of property to be utilized on a temporary basis for the construction associated with the Germann Road project.

The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Pinal County Administrative Complex’s Board of Supervisors Hearing Room, 135 N. Pinal St. in Florence.

The 1.357 acres is east of Moeur Road and south of Germann Road in Queen Creek, according to a map with the agenda item.
