Chandler personal trainer Max Reynoso is streaming free live high-intensity interval training workouts on Facebook.

"We have a small business fitness studio in Chandler called PTanytime Fitness Studio. We are close but we’ve been streaming free live HIIT workouts to everyone since day one of this epidemic," Mr.  Reynoso said in a release.

"We post the live links on Facebook, Instagram, NextDoor etc… and we stream live and actually workout with them. We don’t just post the workout for them to do. The goal is to get as many people to start focusing on their health right now. And keeping a positive outlook on all this," he said.

He has been streaming workouts every day at 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. for the east coast, he said.

The videos are at facebook.com/max.reynoso/videos.

Mr. Reynoso can be reached at maxreynoso@ptanytime.com, 530-522-8483 or ptanytime.com.
