Tatum Corporate Center announces new tenant, renovations, renewals

Tatum Corporate Center, a single asset entity of Kent Circle Partners, announces two new tenants, Southwest Orofacial Group and ND News and Review, LLC.
The 23,623 square foot garden-style office/medical building is currently 95% leased, according to a press release.
Southwest Orofacial Group has leased 2,330 square feet. Their doctors are recognized authorities in disorders of the TMJ, treatment of headaches and migraine, oral medicine, and dental sleep medicine.
Southwest Orofacial Group is planning to occupy the space by Dec. 1, the press release stated.
Laurie Sandau of Land Advisors Organization | Healthcare Strategy Group, represented the tenant, Southwest Orofacial Group. Bret Isbell of Kidder Matthews represented the landlord, Kent Circle Partners.
ND News and Review, LLC has leased 720 square feet. Publisher of NaturalPath, the leading clinical information resource for patients interested in naturopathic and alternative treatments in North America.
Hiem Dental CORP, doing business as Wellness Dental has renewed its 1820 square foot space for an additional 10 years.
Tatum Corporate Center has undergone exterior upgrades over the past 90 days, complete with smooth stucco refinishing, paint, and landscaping, located at 10214 N. Tatum Blvd., in Phoenix, south of Fry’s Marketplace on Tatum and Shea boulevards.
