Top home sale of the week in Peoria goes for $1.32M

The top three home sales in Peoria for the week of Sept. 5-11 were located in the 85383 ZIP code, according to Realtor. com.
The top home sale, 7999 W. Villa Chula Lane, sold for $1.32 million on Sept. 10. The 4,546 sqare foot home on a 1.0 acre lot has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
The second most expensive home, 12965 W. Domino Dr., sold for $745,000 on Sept. 10. The 2,555 square foot home on a 8,806 square foot lot has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The third most expensive home, 9134 W. Happy Valley Road, sold for $715,000 on Sept. 10. The 3,537 square foot home on a 1.15 acre lot has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
