Less than a year after first opening, the Portillo’s location in Glendale has a new landlord.
Hanley Investment Real Estate Advisors announced the $7.1 million sale of the Chicago-style restaurant, a 7,800-square-foot, single-tenant property on 1.9 acres located nearby Arrowhead Towne Center, at 17125 N. 79th Ave.
The Glendale location opened April 27, 2021.
Bill Asher, Jeff Lefko, Ed Hanley and Lee Csenar of Hanley Investment Real Estate Advisors Inc. represented the seller, a private investor based in Orange County, California. Chuck Wilson and Kenny Patricia of Colliers International represented the buyer, a private investor based in Los Angeles County.
Portillo’s is best known for its Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, chargrilled burgers, fresh salads and chocolate cake.
