Peoria police seek assistance in locating missing endangered male

Peoria Police seek the public’s help in locating, Eric Helton, a 30-year-old male.
He is described as a Hispanic male, 5’8”, about 175 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown shirt, checkered shorts and white shoes.
Helton was last seen on July 23, around 3 p.m., at his residence located in the area of 99th and Peoria avenues. He left on foot and it is unknown where he may have gone. According to caretakers, Helton has cognitive issues, diminished mental capacity, and mental health issues. Officers have been actively looking for him, but have not been able to locate him.
Helton does not have a cell phone or money with him. He has previously gone missing and was located in Mesa. Anyone who sees Helton is encouraged to contact the police, 623-773-8311.
