Peoria approves replat to allow for sale of condos

Posted

Peoria has approved a replat to allow for the sale of condo project.

Peoria City Council approved a replat of Building E of Arrowhead Ranch Office Park, condominium plat of 7727 W. Deer Valley Road, suites 215 and 220.

The purpose of the replat is to combine three condominium units into two for commercial use.

Documents state the amendment to Building E of the condominium plat for Arrowhead Ranch Office Park is needed to facilitate the sale of condo units to a business entity by the owner.

The Arrowhead Ranch Office Park condominium plat was originally set up with individual units identified within buildings throughout the site.

As sales take place in the condominium subdivision, reconfigurations of the units may be necessary, that is, a shifting of unit lines, combining of units, etc., according to city documents.
