Peoria council green lights 3 applications to state liquor board

Posted

City council recently recommend approval to the Arizona State Liquor Board for these restaurants: Hot Pot for Days, located at 9284 W. Northern Ave. #101 and Cracker Barrel #331, located at 16845 N. 84th Ave.

Council also recommended a location transfer for an On-Sale Beer and Wine Liquor License for Pizza Hut #37666, located at 24786 N. 67th Ave, suite 110.

There were no staff concerns with these applications. Public hearing notices were posted for at least 20 days, and no comments were received during the posting period.

A municipality must first recommend a liquor license to the Arizona state board, who has final approval, according to state law.
