Peoria approves  final plat at Sunnyslope Estates

Posted

Peoria City Council approved a final plat of Sunnyslope Estates, located at the northeast corner of 73rd and Olive avenues, subject to stipulations.

The purpose of the plat is to allow for a subdivision for residential use. This final plat creates a total of six new lots. All roadways are public and will be maintained by the city.

The project’s zoning case was approved Sept. 4, 2007 and no changes were made to the proposed final plat. A preliminary plat is not required for this subdivision, as it is less than 10 lots.

If the final plat is not recorded within 60 days of Council approval, it will become void. The developer may request re-approval from the city, with the understanding that the city has the option of imposing additional requirements or stipulations.
