Paloma Community Park in north Peoria wins award

The city of Peoria’s newest community park, Paloma Community Park, won the 2021 Outstanding Facility Award from the Arizona Parks and Recreation Association.

Out of more than 90 nominees throughout the state, Paloma Community Park was selected as the winning facility in cities of 100,000 people or more.

APRA was founded in 1950 as a member-based, professional, nonprofit organization. The organization’s mission is to connect, educate and inspire all who enhance the quality of life through the profession of parks, recreation and the protection of natural resources.
