New grant is open to Peoria small businesses

A new grant is open to Peoria small businesses impacted by COVID-19.

Qualifying Peoria small businesses and nonprofits can receive up to $20,000. The application period closes Sept. 18, 2020.

The purpose of the Peoria Small Business Relief Program is to support the continued viability of small businesses experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

All businesses and nonprofits in Peoria are encouraged to apply for this assistance, regardless of whether they have received federal CARES Act funding.
