It is Fix a Leak Week

It is Fix a Leak Week.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency hosts an annual Fix a Leak Week.
This year it is March 15-21.
Household leaks can waste nearly 1 trillion gallons of water annually nationwide, so each year the EPA asks people to hunt down the drips during Fix a Leak Week.
One of the easiest things to do is check your water meter before and after a one- or two-hour period when no water is being used. If the meter changes at all, you probably have a leak.
