Inflatable water park brings bounce to Lake Pleasant

Paqua Park in Scorpion Bay now open

Lake Pleasant is bringing the bounce.

Paqua Park, the inflatable, on-water obstacle course is now open in Scorpion Bay Marina at Lake Pleasant, 10970 Peninsula Blvd.

The 5,000 square-foot park is ready for hours of fun for ages seven and up and individuals 45 inches tall.

Paqua Park sessions are 45 minutes long and are currently available on the weekends. Fridays sessions begin at Noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday sessions begin at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Life jackets are required for all participants and are provided with booking.

Paqua Park at Scorpion Bay Marina is located within the Lake Pleasant Regional Park which requires a $7 per car admission to enter the park. Aqua socks or water shoes with a soft rubber sole are permitted on the course; however, river shoes, tevas, crocs, sneakers or any other hard bottomed shoes are not permitted.

Sessions cost $25 a person with group booking discounts available in the future.
