Come to the Paloma Regional Preserves Trails open house

The city of Peoria will host an open house about the new trails and related names and maps, as well as a discussion on how to use them, Oct. 23, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Paloma Community Park, 29799 N. Lake Pleasant Pkwy.
This is an opportunity to sign up to volunteer on the city's Peoria Trail Stewards team as well as a chance to network with like-minded people.
In addition, the city is asking residents to weigh in on the names that best capture the nature of the Paloma Regional Preserve Trails.
