The top three home sales in Peoria for the week of Oct. 30-Nov. 5 were located in the 85383 ZIP code, according to Realtor. com.
This week the city had four homes sold over $1 million.
The most expensive home sale, 8463 W. Park View Court, sold for $1.25 million on Oct. 30. The 4,817 square foot home on a 0.92 acre lot has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
The second most expensive home sale, 26315 N. 100th Lane, sold for $1.15 million on Oct. 30. The 4,014 square foot home on a 1.0 acre lot has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The third most expensive home sale, 31071 N. 117th Drive, sold for $1.125 million on Oct. 30. The 4,074 square foot home on a 0.42 acre lot has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
