Royse Contemporary to celebrate 4-year anniversary, Sept.16

Royse Contemporary is hosting an intimate celebration for its four year anniversary from 6 to 9 p.m., on Thursday, Sept. 16.

Exhibiting the “Summer Spectacular,” a group exhibition, celebrating Royse Contemporary’s four-year anniversary includes highlighting various mediums such as painting, drawing, mixed-media, photography and sculpture from the featured artists sharing through their original styles, work, and stories.

“It is my honor to work with this talented group of artists, focusing on each artists’ energetic styles, eclectic imagery and brilliant color palettes celebrating our four year anniversary,” said owner/curator Nicole Royse, in a prepared statement. “

Each artist offers a distinctive voice, ingenuity, accomplished resume and an impressive body of work,” according to a press release. 

The exhibition features work from artists: James Angel, Angel Cabrales, Charmagne Vasquez Coe, Cam DeCaussin, Gennaro Garcia, Cherie Buck-Hutchison, Peter Brian Klein, Marilyn Szabo, Daniel Shepherd, and Casey Wakefield as well as  from special guest artists: Fausto Fernandez, Fred Tieken and Scott “ColorOrgy” Wolf.

“With such a variety of work there is something for everyone and I am truly thrilled to bring such proactive work and a stellar collection with such energy for our four year anniversary. The ‘Summer Spectacular’ is a must-see exhibition that is sure to captivate, impress, and inspire,” Royse said.

The “Summer Spectacular“ exhibition will be on display through Oct. 2, at 7077 E. Main St., Suite 6, in Scottsdale. Royse Contemporary is open 6-9 p.m. every Thursday and 12-4 p.m. on Saturdays and/or by appointment.
