Police make arrest in $100K construction burglary

Paradise Valley Police officials have arrested one man in connection to a 2019 construction site burglary.

Jeffrey Stritenberger, 42, of Phoenix, was arrested on Dec. 15 by Paradise Valley Police Department detectives and booked into Maricopa County jail on third degree burglary, theft and theft of means of transportation.

According to police officials, on March 20, 2019, officers were dispatched to a construction site in the 5100 block of north Wilkinson Road regarding a burglary that included theft of approximately $100,000 in construction equipment and tools.

Through the investigation, detectives located evidence linking Stritenberger to the burglary, officials say.
