Patricia Ann Echoles

Posted

Patricia peacefully passed into heaven the morning of July 1, 2021, just weeks after her 83rd birthday. Spread throughout her house were the birthday cards, flowers, and tokens of love bestowed by some of the many people whose lives she touched.
“Precious Pat” was born in Ida Grove, Iowa on June 7, 1938, to Marie Evona Pittman and Joseph Harlan Wallace.
She traveled the world with her Air Force family as a child and spent the entirety of her career in service of our country; first at the FBI, then with the EEOC, and finally at the Department Civil Engineering at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas where she was lauded as “the woman who knew everyone and everything.” After retiring she relocated to Sun City to be near her family.
Pat’s beautiful soprano voice graced the choirs of several Baptist churches throughout her life and delighted all who heard it. She had the ability to make and keep friends for life and participated actively as a member of Grace Bible Church. Her sharp wit, ready sense of humor, and prodigious memory made visits with Pat full of laughter and recollections of good times.
She is survived by her sister, Joyce, her brother, and nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews who will miss her in their lives.
Memorial services are scheduled for Thursday, August 26, 2021, at Grace Bible Church, 19280 N. 99th Ave., Sun City, AZ at 11:00 A.M.
