Paradise Valley Police Department officers responded to a reported suspicious vehicle at 9:58 p.m. on Saturday, July 24, in the area of 6400 E. Maverick Road.
A male driver reportedly provided a false name and date-of-birth and the female passenger had three outstanding warrants before they were placed under arrest, according to a police press release, naming Tristin Behrens and Kimberly Molina, who were booked on numerous felony and misdemeanor charges.
After searching the vehicle, numerous pieces of stolen mail, various IDs and credit cards in other peoples’ names, drugs, and drug paraphernalia were allegedly recovered, the release said, adding PVPD Criminal Investigations Unit responded to assist.
If you have any information regarding the crime, call the Paradise Valley Police Department/PVPD crime stopper at 480-948-7410. Call the police if anything suspicious is seen in the neighborhood. The emergency number is 911.
The release reminded residents to always close the garage when not in use, lock doors and set the alarm. Motion and glass break sensors are said to be an extremely important part of any alarm system.
