New affiliate with Coldwell Banker Realty – Phoenix-Paradise Valley

Posted

Valentyna Shepel has associated with the Phoenix-Paradise Valley office of Coldwell Banker Realty as an affiliate agent and comes to the office with eight years of real estate experience.

Most recently, she worked in customer service. She holds a bachelor’s degree in languages from Volyn State University in Ukraine, and speaks English, Ukrainian and Russian, according to a press release.

“I am thrilled to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Realty, a company renowned for its exceptional reputation and dedication to excellence,” Shepel said in the release. “After an exhaustive search, I am confident that Coldwell Banker will help me to best serve my clients and continue my successful career in real estate.”

Shepel fled Ukraine when her town was devastated at the start of the war. She was admitted to the United States under a refugee program and has subsequently been granted permanent residency. In under two years, she has polished her English language skills while working a full-time job and obtaining her Arizona real estate license.
