Gammage & Burnham expand employment law services with new attorneys

Gammage & Burnham PLC recently announced it will offer a practice group for employment law services, which includes the addition of Paradise Valley councilmember and employment attorney Julie Pace.

Joining Gammage & Burnham during this expansion along with Ms. Pace are David A. Selden and Heidi Nunn-Gilman, who have been working as a team for over 15 years, according to a press release.

The firm was founded in Arizona in 1983 with a focus on real estate, zoning and health care. Since its inception, the firm has hoped to build a reputation as a leader in other business law practices.

Ms. Pace believes joining Gammage & Burnham is a perfect fit because “of the talent, resources and synergy offered by its expertise in corporate, business planning, real estate, litigation and construction law.”

“We are delighted to be able to serve our clients with an expanded footprint of legal services and continue providing responsive and creative results,” she said in a prepared statement.

Mr. Selden, who has drafted most of the Arizona employment laws the Arizona Legislature enacted during the past 25 years, said the reputation of Gammage & Burham can serve as a platform to “enhance the representation of the Arizona business community in public policy and legal matters.”

“Teaming with the depth and breadth of talent at Gammage & Burnham offers enhanced opportunities to provide a favorable business climate in Arizona through the courts, administrative agencies, and the Legislature,” Mr. Selden said in a prepared statement.

The Employment Law group works on cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, handbooks, wage and hour, protection of confidential and proprietary company information, training, investigations, OSHA, and I-9 and visas.
